FEATURES & OTHER NON-BUG CHANGES
* Turing Machine Building Blocks have been added. You can
create Turing Machines, give them a name, and then use that machine as
a component in a larger Turing machine See web pages describing
them at www.jflap.org
* Can change the name of a state from qi to something else.
* Turing Machine Multiple run with transducers.
